These fees compensate our agency for the administrative labor, research, and technical logistics involved in managing your travel profile.

2. Third-Party Travel Inventory (Airlines, Hotels, Cruises, and Tours)

flightncruise LLC operates as an independent booking intermediary. We do not own, control, or operate third-party travel inventories like aircraft, hotel properties, or cruise lines.

• Supplier Governance: Any modifications, cancellations, credits, or monetary refunds regarding your actual airline tickets, hotel stays, vehicle rentals, or tour packages are governed strictly and exclusively by the specific fare rules, contracts of carriage, and cancellation policies established by the individual third-party airlines and suppliers.
• Non-Negotiable Terms: Our agency has no legal authority to alter, override, or waive supplier-enforced penalties or non-refundable airline ticket conditions.

3. Chargeback Prevention & Fraud Policy
